You may use Saylino only if you can legally enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you. Saylino is not intended for children under the age of 16 without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use Saylino on behalf of a company, school, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or using your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you violated these Terms, used the service unlawfully, created risk for Saylino or other users, or attempted to abuse the service.
Saylino may allow you to sign in using third-party services such as Facebook or Google. If you choose third-party login, your use of that third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Saylino is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party login providers.
You may submit text, audio, speech, translations, learning answers, and other content to Saylino. You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Saylino a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, display, and use your content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and process such content through Saylino.
Saylino may provide translations, transcripts, pronunciation scores, grammar feedback, vocabulary feedback, speaking analysis, explanations, examples, and other AI-generated or automated output. You understand that automated and AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should review important output before relying on it.
Saylino is an educational and productivity tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, tax, or other professional advice.
If you use voice features, you agree that Saylino may process your audio input to provide speech recognition, translation, pronunciation assessment, speaking analysis, or related functions. You must not record or submit another person's voice without lawful permission.
You should not submit highly sensitive or confidential information through voice features unless you understand and accept the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
Saylino may offer paid subscriptions, paid plans, or paid features. If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription according to the instructions provided in the service or by the payment provider. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.
Saylino, including its design, interface, software, code, branding, logos, text, graphics, features, and original content, is owned by Individual Entrepreneur LUCKYLO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Saylino or any intellectual property rights in the service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on Saylino unless we give written permission or the law allows it.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We are not required to keep feedback confidential.
Saylino may contain links to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, authentication providers, AI providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their own terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Saylino will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party provider issues, network problems, or events outside our control.
Saylino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that translations, language assessments, pronunciation scores, AI explanations, or learning recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved by the competent courts or authorities according to applicable law.
Refund rules may depend on the payment provider, country, applicable law, and the specific subscription plan. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, paid subscriptions and digital services may be non-refundable after access has been provided.
